Quickium connects images and data to industrial operations

Does your team need to find a safety violation, monitor a machine or check a product characteristic? We develop AI, IoT and computer vision solutions to support these tasks in factories and large distributors with their own operations.

When a safety violation goes unrecorded

Between inspections, a safety violation can go unrecorded. SafeWatch detects missing hard hats, reflective vests, gloves or hearing protection, and entry into a configured restricted area.

The safety team receives WhatsApp and email alerts and can review the event with its photo, date, time and camera. These records support the manager's response and complement the team's prevention work.

When machine data is scattered

Isolated readings and spreadsheets make it harder to reconstruct what happened. CLQuickium brings data from sensors, machines and external systems into a platform with charts, alarms, scheduled reports and indicators.

Maintenance, engineering and plant management teams can follow readings and investigate deviations. For older machines without connectivity, the project assesses integration through a controller and gateway.

When checks depend on manual observation

Some checks recur throughout production. We assess camera applications for inspecting or classifying products by their visual characteristics, according to the process and available samples.

The project starts with the question the image needs to answer. Lighting, camera position, sample variation and evaluation criteria are part of the proof of concept.

Our experience in development and demonstrations

CLQuickium was selected for the Desafio IoT in 2019. SafeWatch took first place in the Desafio FINEP+ABDI, with the award ceremony on 2 October 2024.

In 2025, we demonstrated SafeWatch at the AI Lab Forum and both products at the Agtech Meeting, alongside a camera classification demonstration. This history is part of the development of the applications you can discuss with Quickium.

The conversation starts with the people who know the process

You know the deviation you need to monitor. Your IT team knows the network and integration conditions. Quickium brings this information together to discuss what to observe, which records to produce and how to evaluate the application.

When there is a step to test, we agree on a small scope and evaluation criteria before discussing expansion.

About the company

What does Quickium do?

Quickium develops artificial intelligence, computer vision and IoT solutions for industrial operations. We work with safety monitoring, machine data and custom visual inspection projects. Our goal is to turn images and readings into useful records that help teams monitor a process and decide how to act.

What types of company does Quickium work with?

We focus on factories and large distributors with their own operations. We work with occupational safety, maintenance, engineering, quality and industrial management teams. Each application is defined by the operational problem, the information available and the people who need to use it.

Does Quickium serve my region?

We work with companies in Brazil and other countries. For now, on-site visits are available only in Brazil. We assess the location and deployment requirements during the initial conversation to define how we can work with you.

Who has Quickium worked with?

Our experience includes product development, computer vision projects and demonstrations at industrial events. The case studies page presents each application's context and available evidence. Commercial references and project details are shared according to the relevant disclosure permissions.

From the problem to the project

How does a project with Quickium start?

It starts with a conversation about the process: what needs to be observed, who will use the information and what resources are already available. We then assess the application, integration requirements and criteria for a possible proof of concept. Scope and terms are set out in the proposal.

What is a proof of concept?

A proof of concept is a test with an agreed scope and evaluation criteria. It may use one camera, one machine or one process step to assess an application before discussing expansion. The proposal defines the schedule, materials and terms.

Can we use our existing cameras and machines?

The assessment starts with the equipment and signals already available. Depending on the application, we review cameras, lighting, networks, sensors, controllers and gateways to define the integration. This identifies what can be reused and what the project requires.

Does Quickium offer products or custom projects?

Both. SafeWatch monitors safety infractions, while CLQuickium brings industrial data together. Computer vision projects assess camera-based inspection and classification. The initial conversation identifies the approach that fits your process and what needs to be integrated.

Contact and commercial terms

How do we contract Quickium, and what does it cost?

Pricing is available on request. The proposal considers the problem, application, equipment, integration and deployment requirements. Tell us what you need to monitor so we can discuss the scope and prepare the next step.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your request reaches Quickium's commercial contact with the information you provided. The team reviews the context and contacts you at the email address supplied to discuss the problem and the next step. You can also use the WhatsApp link on the website.

Do I need to choose a technology before contacting Quickium?

You can start by describing the process and the information you need. Quickium helps assess the options for cameras, sensors, data and integration. Involving the people who work with the process and your IT team helps define the project requirements.

How does Quickium handle data submitted through the website?

We use form data to review and respond to your request. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, service providers, retention periods and how to exercise your rights. In the initial conversation, describe the problem without sending images of workers or confidential operational information.

Tell us what you need to monitor

Describe the process and the information you are missing. You can start with your operating routine, even before choosing a camera, sensor or platform.
