The website pages are served by Quickium’s infrastructure, with previews also available on Cloudflare Pages. The form submission service runs on Cloudflare and uses Turnstile to check technical signals from your browser and connection to tell people from bots, without reading the fields. On Cloudflare, Quickium’s account does not keep individual page access logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy notice.
Each submitted request is stored encrypted in a Cloudflare database in eastern North America, only to make sure it is delivered. From there it goes to two services: Mailjet, by Sinch, which sends the notification to the sales team and the confirmation to you, with servers in the European Union; and HubSpot, the CRM where Quickium records the contact and the request, with servers in the United States.
These services process data outside Brazil under their data processing terms. Brazil’s data protection agency (ANPD) recognises the European Union as providing adequate protection. To respond to a proposal or demonstration request, necessary transfers to the United States rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract (LGPD, Articles 33, IX, and 7, V).
When you open WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn or your email application, you use an external service with its own privacy terms. An embedded video only loads the YouTube player after you start playback. The privacy-enhanced domain does not prevent YouTube from processing data after that action.
