Bring machine data together to monitor your operation

When readings are scattered across isolated equipment and spreadsheets, investigating a deviation means reconstructing the history. CLQuickium brings industrial data into a platform your team can consult.

What does your team need?

For machine monitoring, CLQuickium provides readings, history, alarms, scheduled reports and indicators. Maintenance, engineering and plant management teams can consult the records to investigate changes in the operation.

If a machine still depends on local readings, integration assesses the available signals, sensors and installation conditions. A controller and gateway can bring that data to the platform.

How data reaches the platform

The configuration depends on the equipment and the data you need to monitor. External systems that already collect readings can also supply data through an API, according to the integration assessment.

  1. Controller: reads signals from compatible sensors and equipment.
  2. Gateway: connects controllers to the platform.
  3. Cloud: receives and organizes industrial data.
  4. Dashboard: presents charts, alarms, reports and indicators.

A platform configured for the application

The project defines which variables to monitor, collection frequency, alarm parameters and required reports. White label options allow visual customization according to the agreement.

The scope can combine the platform, dashboard, gateway and controller as needed. The assessment considers what your operation already has and which integrations are required.

CLQuickium's history

In 2019, CLQuickium was one of ten solutions selected for the fourth Desafio IoT at Technology Hub Brasil.

On 30 and 31 October 2025, Quickium presented CLQuickium at the Agtech Meeting as an industrial data management platform.

Frequently asked questions

What does my operation need to get started?

Start by identifying the machines, sensors or systems that record the data of interest. The conversation assesses available signals, the network and how that data can reach the platform.

Can I integrate older machines?

Integration can use a controller and gateway, depending on the equipment's signals and interfaces. A technical assessment defines sensors, communications and installation conditions.

Can I use data already sent to another system?

CLQuickium receives data from external systems through an API. The project assesses the format, access and reading frequency to define the integration.

Which sensors can be used?

The controller can work with digital or analog signals and voltage or current readings. Compatibility of the sensor, actuator and installation is checked when defining the scope.

How soon will I have failure predictions?

Monitoring brings together readings and history for analysis. A failure prediction project requires the technical team to assess data, models and specific criteria. The scope and timeline of that assessment are defined for each application.

Do I need all the components?

The cloud platform is the basis of the solution. A dashboard, gateway and controller can be included according to your needs and existing equipment.

How much does CLQuickium cost?

Pricing is available on request. Tell us what data you need to monitor so we can discuss integrations, components and commercial terms.

How can I explore the solution?

Tell Quickium what information your team needs to consult. We can discuss a demonstration and identify the requirements for assessing your operation.

Tell us what data you need to monitor

Describe the machines, existing readings and what your team needs to observe. You can start with your operating routine, even before defining the integration.
